This terms and conditions statement derives from the Move627 principles, and governs our relationship with users of Move627. By registering your details with Move627, you agree to this Statement.

1.	Privacy 
Your registered details (name and email address) will allow you to individualise your Move627 content and will allow us to send you updates about additions to the Move627 site. We will use your registered details solely for these purposes and will not pass your details onto any third party companies. You are free to withdraw your details from Move627 at any point by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ option on the site.

2.	Safety 
We do our best to keep Move627 safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:
(a) You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Move627, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers). 
(b) You will not upload viruses or other malicious code. 
(c) You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else. 
(d) You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user. 
(e) You will not use Move627 to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. 
(f) You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement. 

3.	Registration and Account Security 
Move627 users should provide their real names and information. We need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
(a) You will not provide any false personal information on Move627, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission. 
(b) You will not use Move627 if you are a convicted sex offender. 
(c) You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date. 
(d) You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. 
(e) You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission. 

4.	Protecting Other People's Rights 
We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
(a) You will not take any action on Move627 that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law. 
(b) We can remove any information you provide on Move627 if we believe that it violates this Statement.

5.      Amendments 
(a) We can change this Statement if we provide you notice (by posting the change on Move627) and an opportunity to comment.
(b) We can make changes for legal or administrative reasons upon notice without opportunity to comment. 

6.	Termination 
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of Move627 to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application at any time. 

7.	Definitions 
(a) By "Move627" we mean the features and services we make available, through our website at www.move627.org  
(b) By "us," "we" and "our" we mean Move627.org. 
(c) By "information" we mean facts and other information about you, including actions you take. 
(d) By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
